Kisah Ibu dan Anak II

Scene: satu hari kat rumah minggu lepas.

Ibu: Kak Long, minggu depan ada ujian kan kat sekolah?

Kak Long: A 'ah. Hari Isnin start.

Ibu: Hari Isnin? Kenapa Kak Ngah cakap dia punya ujian start hari Selasa?

Kak Long: Nnnntah, Kak Long punya start hari Isnin.

Ibu: Kak Long dah ada salin jadual?

Kak Long: Dah. Hari Isnin ada Bahasa Melayu - pemahaman.

Ibu: Mana dia? Ibu nak tengok jadual.

Kak Long: Kak Long salin dalam buku exercise. Tapi....buku tu Kak Long dah passed up kat teacher.

Ibu: Laaaaaa, habis tu 'camna Ibu nak tahu apa yang Kak Long nak periksa?

Kak Long: *senyum senyum sumbing*

Ayah: *menyampuk* Alaaah Bu, rilek lah. Budak tu baru Darjah Dua. Belasah je lah. Kah kah kah...

Like all mothers, my Wife is no exception. She is concern about the kids' schooling, making sure that the kids do their revisons before any tests or exams.

Like all kids, my Kak Long is no different. All that she have in her mind is nak main, main and main.

And me? Rilek lah. I was a kid once before. **Jom Kak Long kita gi main basikal** Hooray!

OSH - how true. Anak nak periksa mak yangsakit perut. Pak relax. Anak nak dapat results, mak dah cirit birit. Pak masih relax...hmmm

In my household my husband is the one who is worried about their grades. I don't mind if they play a bit as well. My doters only attend tuition classes when they are in exam years and I am the one who sign their report cards when the grades are full of reds. None would approach baba for that.

Aiyah, baru darjah dua, gasaklah kalau dia nak main, asal pandai baca pandai tulis OK dah tu.

i think standard 2 is where we have to input values and characters to them..byk2 howework pun tak guna gak kalau part tu hancuss..

but that's normal i guess, one of the parent mesti ader yg panik..kalau 2 2 tak panik..kang anak plak yg panik..

Bro OS,

betul..ibu yang selalu concern. Sama kes lah kita.. Baba nya relax aje..Mama nya yang lebih nak risau pasal exam:

1) fikir nak buat revision kan anak (walau darjah 2)
2) baba buat dannn ajer...mcm tak de ape2
3) bila result merosot sikit baba buat bising jugak
4) tapi bila nak exam mama yang pening kepala sorang2..

memang pening jadi mama..
memang rupenya baba semue camtu ek..:)

Waah, how nice blogging in the comfort of your private garden. You can smell the freshness of the newly-cut grass. Especially if the grass was cut by none other than YOURSELF. Proud of myself.
